Slowly lower your knees, chest, and chin
to the ground. It's like giving the Earth a little
hug and saying, "Thank you for being here!” It
improves circulation of blood.
Seventh Pose: Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)
Now, lift your chest up like a cobra rising
from the ground. It's like saying, "I'm strong
and brave, just like a snake!" It increases
flexibility.
