our heart, liver, tummy, and all our body parts! From our head to our toes, every
part becomes strong and happy when we do it.
Let's know about the different poses of Surya Namaskara
First Pose: Pranamasana (Prayer Pose)
Imagine you're saying "hello" to someone in a very
special way. Stand up straight, put your hands together in
front of your chest like you're saying a prayer, and take a
deep breath in. It's like giving a big, friendly wave to the
Sun. It balances your body and eases your nervous system.
Second Pose: Hasta Uttanasana (Raised Arms Pose)
Now, stand tall and reach up high with your arms.
Stretch them like you're trying to touch the sky. It's like the
Sun is giving you a high-five with its warm rays. It improves
digestion.
Third Pose: Hasta Padasana (Hand to Foot Pose)
Bend down slowly and try to touch your toes. Keep
your back straight. It's like you're saying "hello" to your
toes and giving them a little tickle. It improves flexibility of
the spine .
Fourth Pose: Ashwa Sanchalanasana
(Equestrian Pose)
Step one foot back and pretend you're
riding a horse. It's like you're going on an
adventure with the Sun as your guide. It
improves the overall health of the body.
