Eighth Pose: Parvatasana (Mountain Pose)

Push your hips up and make an upside-down

"V" shape. It's like a mountain reaching up to touch
the sky. It helps to reduce back pain.

                                                          Ninth Pose: Ashwa Sanchalanasana

                                                          (Equestrian Pose)

Bring one foot forward again, like

you're riding a horse in the other direction.

It's like going on a journey with the Sun once

                                                          more. It increases stamina.

Tenth Pose: Hasta Uttanasana (Raised Arms Pose)

Stretch your arms up high again, as if you're

giving the Sun a big morning stretch too. It stretches

and tones the muscles of the abdomen.

                                                          Eleventh Pose: Tadasana (Standing

                                                          Mountain Pose)

Stand up tall with your hands together

in front of your chest. Take a moment to feel
calm and balanced, just like a mountain. It

                                                          can help to increase height.
