Pratyahara, Bandha and Mudras are like keys to unlock our inner strength. These
ancient practices help us control our minds, bodies and energies, leading to a

Pratyahara is a Sanskrit word that means “control of food” which refers to
everything we take in from the outside, not just food. It's like a turtle pulling its
limbs into its shell, symbolising how we can withdraw our senses from the
external world. Pratyahara is about gaining mastery over external influences,
whether they come from what we eat, what we perceive , or the people we
associate with.
