    Contest with E-Mail Marketing to Increase Client Engagement

           E-mail is a critical component

                                                                               monthly marketing strategy.
                                                                      Each month the company sets out
                                                                      to inform, educate, and amuse cli-
                                                                      ents and prospects with stories about
                                                                      design intelligence, inspiration, and
                                                                      interaction. To promote its new online
                                                                      portfolio of logos, the company cre-
                                                                      ated a Guess-That-Logo contest and
                                                                      spiked interest in the firm’s branding
                                                                      design services.
