Create a digital television station for the blind, on which
an audio commentary would be broadcast over the
soundtrack of each programme. The commentary would
describe the action, the expressions on peoples’ faces
and other visual clues that unsighted and visually
impaired people would miss. The commentary would be
discreet so as not to interfere with the natural dialogue.

218Cinemas could make use of this feature by installing an
audio channel, which would be picked up by
headphones.
