Not the most subtle

probably a more
workable version of

Encourage even greater use of mobile phones by children
and teenagers by recording the number of calls received
by individual users and drawing up customer league
tables. Positional information could be sent back to users
via SMS. People with the highest number of calls received
would, of course, be deemed the most popular, which may
well provide incentive enough for some people to elevate
tables from 24 May their positions by repeatedly calling themselves.

Design Santa’s Beard baby bibs. These plastic or cloth
bibs would attach to the child’s ears and cover the chin
and upper lip, thereby saving parental face wiping
following a meal. The bibs would be overprinted with an
illustrated or photographic image of a curly white beard.
