Design a ‘kinetic keyboard’ for laptop computers. The
battery life of the computer would be extended by the
energy provided by the user’s keystrokes when typing.
When switched to ‘kinetic mode’ the keys would offer
more resistance in order to convert more energy. The
effort required would be similar to that needed when

Retail individual, bottled fizzy drinks with plastic
drinking straws already inside the bottles. When the
cap is unscrewed, the straw would be lifted above the
neck by the air bubbles.
