Stream the audio track from television broadcasts as
digital radio. Would-be viewers, stuck in the office, in
traffic or even on holiday, could listen to their favourite
shows via the Internet or in their cars. Audio-only
snooker might prove less than exciting, but the
soundtrack to a soap opera could well be sufficient to
convey the storylines, and dropping the visuals might
actually improve some shows.
