True anger and not pouting or being broody, throwing a fit and displaying temper tantrums in the
store when mommy won’t buy the cookies and chocolate, has two polar opposite:-
Positive anger.
Negative anger.
Positive Anger:-
The definition of positive in the Oxford dictionary has several meanings:
Feeling hopeful about something.
a) Thinking about what is good in a situation.
b) Feeling hopeful and confident.
Effective/Useful.
a) Directed at dealing with something or producing successful results.
b) Expressing agreement or support.
c) Good or useful.
Sure/Definite.
a) Completely sure that something is correct or true.
b) Complete and definite.
c) Giving clear and definite proof or information.
Good quality.
