Primary Wing










        An online Orientation Programme through Zoom portal was held for the parents of Class Nursery,
        session 2020-21, on 13 April 2020. A soulful shabad was played to commence the programme. The
        Principal, Ms. Rashmi Mehta, addressed the parents and welcomed them for a beautiful journey
        ahead.  A  video  ‘Peep  into  MJKPS’  was  played,  showcasing  the  school  ethos,  infrastructure,
        facilities and the multifarious events round the year that keep the institution abuzz. Ms. Neeru
        Aneja, the school Counsellor, gave a few “parenting tips” and explicated the ways to deal with
        anxiety in these uncertain times. Ms. Anuradha Babbar, the Headmistress acquainted the parents
        with the online mode of education. She also introduced them to their ward’s class teachers.



                              CLASS I PROJECT SHOW- ‘VIBRANCE’

        In the reflection of the same, the class I students of Mata Jai Kaur Public School – Ashok Vihar, presented
        the Project show 'Vibrance' on November 30, 2019. Keeping up with the traditions of the school, the show
        began with the recital of the soulful shabad followed by the lamp lighting ceremony by the Chief Guest, Mr.
        Ajay Chaudhary, an eminent IPS officer along with the revered Guest of honour; Mr. Rakesh Kapoor, Ms.
        Nupur Chawla, Chairman and Vice Chairperson of the school. In her address, the principal  Ms. Rashmi
        Mehta, highlighted the value driven ideology inculcated among the students in our school. Each presentation
        was well weaved around the theme and reflected the vibrant energy in each act. The enactments like ‘Math-
        ‘e’-magic’ portrayed the vital role of numbers in our life and the ‘Tiff in the Universe’ depicted how each
        planet in the universe has its own beauty. The vibrant ‘Bihu dance’ enthralled the audience by epitomizing
        the unity in diversity. In the next performance, the stalwarts of class I voiced their concern about ‘what if
        the sun goes on a holiday’ which further gave an impact of the importance of Sun in our life. “Change is one
        of the most vibrant elements we can use to create a different tomorrow.”-Believing this quote, further, the
        story narration on ‘Time Then and Now’ was presented depicting how technology changes the quality of life
        with time. The Chief Guest, Mr. Ajay Chaudhary, appreciated the school for promoting the composite culture.
        The  guest  of  honor,  Ms.  Nupur  Chawla,  an  alumnus  of  the  school  was  nostalgic  while  addressing  the
        audience. She emphasized upon the importance of strong foundation in the childhood. The Headmistress,
        Ms. Anuradha Babbar proposed the vote of thanks.
