                Catenary wire replacement :
                   As  per  the  guidelines  from  the  railway  board,  the  splices  of  the  catenary
                   wires must in single TL should not be more than 15 no.s i.e should not be more
                   than  1  splice  per  100  Mts.  But  due  to  monkey  menace  cases  in  DKJ  sub
                   division there are frequent cases of catenary cuts in suspension clamps due
                   to flow of heavy fault currents during CB trippings and the catenary splices
                   are more than 15 in TL in some locations. Division has taken up the catenary
                   replacement work and 10 Tls (10876 Mts).

                Modifications at BPA Yard:

                   The OHE of suspended goods line 7 was dismantled and securely anchored
                  at BPA yard. As the line was suspended long back, big trees are proliferated,
                  any tree falling on OHE will leads to major breakdown as the suspended OHE
                  is directly connected to main line.

                OHE Modifications at AMQ due to shifting of point by Engg. Dept.:

                    Engineering department has planned the point shifting work (8 mts) at AMQ,
                    for execution of  the same, OHE Obligatory mast also to be  relocated. TrD
                    has  done  modifications  accordingly  by  extending  the  turnout  and
                    relocation of the Obligatory mast.
