10. Provision of Emergency Sliding Booms: (20-LCGATES)
20 no. of Emergency sliding Booms for LC gateshave been provided and
commissioned against targeted 23 no’sto improve safety and reliability.

11. Replacement of MOLB with EOLB: (2 – LC Gates)

Mechanical Operated Lifting barrier has been replaced with Electrical operated
Lifting barrier (EOLB) (MFT make) with motorized boom locking to improve speed
of operation and reliability duly shifting to new gate lodge by providing new Mini
IPS against targeted 5 no’s.

12. Provision of High Thrust Point machines for TWS layout:

187 no. of TWS point layouts (105 – Existing & 82-new) with High thrust point
machine provided to improve speed and safety.

13. Modification of signaling system& Commissioning of section to suit RE:
In view of RE-works between VKB-PRLI section, 08 No. of Block sectionssignaling
assets are modified to suit RE by replacing (PTJ-Push button type) with UFSBI of M/s
Webfil make duly providing Dual Axle counters (CEL make).
