Flan de Queso Directions
1. Preheat to oven 350 degrees fahrenheit. Set a

an inch deep so that cake pan sits in a water bath.
6. Bake for 1 hour, or until set around edges with a
slight jiggle in middle. Remove from oven and let
cool in water bath, about an hour. Once cool,
refrigerate at least 2 hours, overnight is best.
