(xix) Performing sexual harassment as defined in Sexual Harassment Act 2012.
(xx) Intentionally delaying work or pretending to be sick with the intention to
avoid from performing duties or abetting, or inciting any party to do so.
(xxi) Stealing, cheating or dishonesty in Company’s property or property of
customers or other properties placed in Company premises
(xxii) Convicted or found guilty of any criminal offences that can be registered by
magistrate court, session court and high court.
(xxiii) Providing wrong or incomplete information or hiding any information about
age, qualifications, previous services or experience, convictions in court of
law, dismissal, removal or compulsory retirement by the previous Employer.
(xxiv) Amending Company’s document without permission;
(xxv) Working with any organization or Employer without prior written
permission from the Company.
(xxvi) Driving Company vehicles without permission or using them other than for
permitted purposes.
(xxvii) Altering uniform or accessories without permission.
(xxviii) Rudeness or improper conduct towards colleagues or members of the
public while on duty.
(xxix) Making false claims, unreasonable or excessive claims to Company;
(xxx) Cheating or attempting to cheat the attendance record;
(xxxi) Abetting or attempting to a bet in committing any of the above offences
including the attempt to commit the above offences;
(xxxii) Other offences defined as major misconducts by the Management of the
Company.
10.6 DISCIPLINARY ACTION
(i) For Employees who violated the disciplines as in 11.4.1 to 11.5.32,
disciplinary action shall be taken as follows;
a) Warning letter, and/or;
b) Suspension without payment of salary (maximum 14 days), and/or;
c) Not getting salary increments for two (2) years, and/or;
d) Not getting bonuses, and/or;
e) Demoted, and/or;
f) Terminated with, and/or
g) Dismissed immediately (summary dismissal) and/or;
h) Any action deemed appropriate by the Management.
