(ii) Being absent from duties more than two (2) days in a month without the
permission of a Superior.
(iii) Intentionally violating any regulation/policy of the Company.
(iv) Taking or giving bribes or any corrupt behavior or accepting gifts in the form
of cash or goods from any party whose open acceptance of the goods shall
be deemed to affect the interests of duties.
(v) Being in Company’s premises while under the influence of intoxicated drinks
or drugs.
(vi) Falsifying or destroying Company’s Records.
(vii) Engaging in any business or trade in the compound of company (For example
selling insurance, products, MLM and others);
(viii) Rioting, inappropriate or indecent behaving, gambling, extorting or harassing
in the compound of Company.
(ix) Tampering/damaging any tool/asset installed in Company’s premises (door
lock system, attendance record system, photocopy machine etc.)
(x) Possessing dangerous weapons in Company’s premises.
(xi) Holding any meeting with external parties in/or outside Company premises
without Company’s prior permission.
(xii) Disseminating or displaying press releases, letters, posters, brochures or
using Company’s relevant social media or premises without prior permission.
(xiii) Disclosing to any irrelevant party about any Company’s confidential matters
including but not limited to business secrets, financial, information, strategic
information, minutes of meeting, Employees record, recipes and other
confidential information of Company’s affairs without prior permission of the
Management.
(xiv) Publishing any article, book, picture, letter or conducting interview or press
statements or releases or lectures or speeches concerning any relation to
Company without prior permission.
(xv) Discrediting and damaging the Company, Management and Employees’
reputation through negative exposure in any form of social media i.e
Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
(xvi) Sharing personal data such as salaries, allowance, bonuses and salary
increment amount.
(xvii) Behaving in such a way that is deemed to be intentionally challenging
Superiors or regulations of Company.
(xviii) Sleeping while on duty.
