All Employees whether appointed on a permanent, contract or part-time basis
shall be bound and accountable at any time to comply with all regulations, policies
and Management directives issued from time to time as long as the regulations,
policies and directives are not in conflict with the laws of the country.
In carrying out their duties as directed, each Employee of Company at all times
shall be:
(i) Trustworthy;
(ii) Competent
(iii) Honest and responsible;
(iv) Meeting specified work performance;
(v) Not jeopardizing his/her duties to Company for the sake of his/her personal
interest;
(vi) Not bringing or attempting to bring any form of influence or external
pressure against the interests of Company;
(vii) Not committing insubordination or behaving in any way that can be
reasonably interpreted as being insubordinate;
(viii) Not negligent in carrying out duties;
(ix) Not behaving in such a way that may cause personal interest conflict with
Company’s duties;
(x) Not behaving in such a way that can bring injury to Employees of Company
or Company’s customers or the general public in MPSB premises;
(xi) Not behaving in such a way that can cause damage/destruction/loss of
Company’s assets or properties; Not violating any regulation and policy of
Company;
(xii) Not performing any sexual harassment in terms of act, writing or verbal
toward others and such behavior is not limited to work during working hours
only as long as it discredits or disrepute’s Company’s name;
(xiii) Not performing any misconduct which is not in compliance with the terms of
service both expressed and implied.
(xiv) Not disclosing any confidential information of the Company to a third party
without the permission of the Management.
(xv) Not performing something in such a way that can be interpreted to be, or,
has caused the good name of the Company to be affected whether the act
was done during working hours or outside working hours.
