(ii) If the explanation is found to be inadequate, the Company shall take the
appropriate action for the misconduct.
PART D: GENERAL
11.0 CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION
(i) All information obtained while serving the Company shall be considered
confidential.
(ii) Such information shall not be communicated or disseminated to any external
and non-relevant parties.
(iii) Failure to adhere to these rules may result in disciplinary action or legal
action taken.
12.0 REVIEW
Any provision contained in these terms and conditions of Service shall be revised
based on requirements from time to time.
13.0 ISOLATION
Any provision contained in this Employee Manual that is found contrary to any
existing legal provisions shall be deemed to have been isolated and shall not affect
other provisions.
14.0 CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
Company reserves the right at any time to cancel, withdraw or change the benefit
to employees whether in whole or in part if deemed beneficial to Company.
However, the cancellation, appointment or additions shall not affect the right of an
Employee who has received the benefits prior to such changes.
15.0 ADMINISTRATION AND INTERPRETATION
The benefit is administered by the Company's Board of Directors or any appointed
person who has the absolute right to interpret or enforce any of the provisions of
the benefit. The Board’s decision on this matter shall be final
