10.4 MINOR MISCONDUCT
The following is a list of offences that are defined as minor misconduct. However,
these types of offense are not limited to the list stated only.
(i) Frequent lateness or untimely clocking in into the office not more than three
(3) times a month.
(ii) Damaging Company’s property (worth less than RM100) unintentionally.
(iii) Violating safety regulations that do not cause damage to property or human
suffering.
(iv) Leaving a workplace in a short period of time (fleeting) without permission or
sufficient cause.
(v) Failure or negligence in providing changes in information of themselves and
their families.
(vi) Removing or defacing notices, circulars or documents posted on Company’s
notice board unintentionally.
(vii) Not wearing a uniform specified by the Company in a short period of time for
unintentional reasons.
(viii) Behaving in an inappropriate manner such as raising voice to the extent of
disturbing others, joking in such a way that disturbs colleagues, behaving
impolitely towards colleagues or customers and others conducts that could be
considered inappropriate.
(ix) Parking vehicles in unauthorizes areas.
(x) Dressing in such a way that is not suitable for the working environment
including but not limited to wearing slippers, shorts, sleeveless t-shirt,
revealing clothes or other ways of dressing that could be interpreted as
inappropriate.
(xi) Making an area/space/room in Company’s premises as a resting area,
sleeping area, recreational area and so on without the permission of
Company.
(xii) Any other offences interpreted as minor misconducts by the Management of
the Company.
10.5 MAJOR MISCONDUCT
The following is a list of offences that are defined as major misconduct. However,
these types of offence are not limited to the list stated only.
(i) Insubordination or intentionally failing to comply with any legitimate
directive/order from Superior.
