b) Based on the nature of work, regardless of wages
i.e., employees engaged in manual labor in and
throughout the labor or employees supervising those
engaged in manual labor in and throughout the
performance of their work. Drivers and other
employees who are involved in the operation and
maintenance of motorized vehicles irrespective of
the wages they earn in a month.
Management Meaning the Chief Executive Officer or Management
Committee Committee and/or representatives appointed in accordance
with the provisions in the context of this Employee Manual.
Head of Meaning the Employee who heads a department who is
Department/Mana either Senior Director, Director, Senior Manager or Manager.

Service Meaning the period of service as an Employee of a company
and its tenure is calculated by years as well as months and
days.
Definition of Meaning services which are calculated in years for the
Fulfilling Service purpose of calculating termination, death, disability or
Criteria retirement benefits. Each completed month of service with
Company shall be calculated as one-twelfth of the year and
the period of 15 days or more in any month is calculated as
the reminder of the month, and any period less than that is
not accounted for. Such services do not include unpaid leave
