respective service record. If only the year of birth is known, 31 December of
the year shall be deemed to be the date of birth.
4.12 EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL
(i) Each Employee shall be assessed through Employee Performance Appraisal
System (performance Management System – PMS) annually by evaluating
the Employees’ Key Performance Indicator ((KPI) and the level of
competencies assessed at the mid and end of the year.
(ii) PMS ratings shall be calibrated by the respective Head of Department.
(iii) If the performance does not reach the required stipulated level, Employees
must undergo a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) program for the period
of three (3) months to improve work performance.
(iv) If the employees who have undergone Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
which has been set to him/her, and he/she failed to improve all the targets
and tasks given, Company has the right to terminate the employee with this
cause and there will be no considerations given to him/her.
4.13 LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
(i) Each Employee shall undergo competency and skill training based on the
support from the Head of Department or as recommended by the
Management to enhance skills and knowledge.
(ii) A training request form is to be filled up and approval needs to be obtained
from higher Management.
4.14 BONUS PAYMENT
(i) Bonus payment is non-contractual and subject to three (3) aspects:
(a) Based on the Company's decision and performance over a period of last
12 months.
(b) Individual performance based on the PMS results of an individual
Employee.
(c) Bonus shall be payable to confirmed employees and served 6 months
after confirmation in previous year who are in the service of the
Company at the time of payment.
(d) Employees not on the rolls of the company will not be eligible for any
bonus.
