                  6.0   LEAVE BENEFIT
                        6.1 PUBLIC HOLIDAY
                         (i)   An Employee shall be given full salary of gazette public holidays or declared
                               by the Government of State.


                         (ii)  If a public Holiday falls on the rest day for an Employee, the next business
                               day is deemed to be a public holiday.


                         (iii)  Company follows the calendar of public holidays gazette by the
                               Government.


                         6.2    ANNUAL LEAVE
                         (i)   The number of days of annual leave is dependent on the respective length
                               of service with the Company.

                         (ii)  Annual leave does not include rest days, holidays, gazette public holidays,
                               sick leave or any other paid leave.


                         (iii)  Leave approval is subject to Company’s discretion.

                         (iv)  Employees who are under probation are not entitled for annual leave.


                         (v)   Annual leave shall be taken all in the year the leave is eligible to be taken.
                               Employees are not allowed to carry forward the annual leave except with
                               the consent of the Management of the Company in view of the Company’s
                               priorities.
