                         4.15     WORKING DRESS CODE
                         (i)    An Employee should wear presentable, neat and decent attire during
                                their time in office.


                  5.0   WORKING HOURS


                      (i)    Normal working hours for all employees of Company are as follows:


                             Working days       :    9.5 hours per day
                             Lunch break             :    One hour per day
                             Break (Friday)     :  12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m (For male muslim employees
                             only)

                      (ii)   Normal Working Hours
                                9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
                                Monday to Friday


                      (iii)  The Management of the Company reserves the right to determine the
                             working hours to suit operational requirements and services efficiency
                             requirements.

                      (iv)   Each Employee shall adhere to working hours and be at the respective work
                             place at the stipulated time.


                      (v)    To record attendance for work, employees shall verify with the immediate
                             supervisor


                        5.1  OVERTIME


                        5.1.1 Definition of Overtime
                        (i)  Overtime is defined as work requested by the Management of the Company
                             and carried out by an Employee more than the amount of time of normal
                             daily working hours.


                        (ii)  Directive to work overtime should not be declined by the Employees without
                             reasonable grounds.

                        (iii)  An overtime claim must be completed by the Employees in a claim form and
                             approved by the HOD before submitting to the Human Resource
                             Department.
