6.3 REPLACEMENT LEAVE
(i) If an employee is required to work during their rest day or off day, the
employee shall be entitled to claim replacement leave and the replacement
shall be taken within one (1) month from the date of duty.
(ii) If the employee claims for overtime (if eligible), the employee will not be
eligible for replacement leave.
6.4 COMPASSIONATE LEAVE
(i) An Employee shall be granted compassionate leave not exceeding three (3)
fully paid days per year due to one of the following:
a) The occurrence of flood, fire and other disasters involving the Employee’s
personal property as per Company records.
b) The occurrence of the death of immediate family members i.e. parents,
spouses, grandfather, grandmother, legitimate children.
c) Each compassionate leave applied for shall be accompanied by evidence.
6.5 EMERGENCY LEAVE
(i) Emergency leave shall be granted by the company to manage important
matters.
(ii) Emergency leave shall be deducted from the Employee’s annual leave.
(iii) Emergency leave shall be notified at least three (3) hours before working and
to complete the application upon returning to work by providing evidence of
the emergency.
6.6 MATRIMONIAL LEAVE
Matrimonial leave of three (3) days shall be granted to an Employee who is getting
married for the first time in a lifetime.
He/she shall complete and submit the leave application form together with a copy
of marriage certificate/wedding invitation card seven (7) days prior to the date of
the planned leave.
6.7 MATERNITY LEAVE
(i) A female Employee who has been employed for a period amounting to not
less than 90 days within a period of having serve nine (9) months is entitled
to fully paid maternity leave for a maximum period of 300 days
accumulated for a maximum of five (5) times including maternity leave that
