                Intro to vocab! “vocabulario en una bolsa”
             Activity: ?Que tengo aqui?
           All props are hidden in the prop bag.
           Take each item out individually and pass around to
             show students and to teach that new word

           Say, ?Donde esta? Pretend to be looking for it.             VOCABULARY
           Pass animals around and have kids say, “hola gato, hola gato”
           End the activity by looking for each animal and singing “adios song”
                Adios gato, adios gato . . .
                Que tengo aquí, que tengo aquí? Que tengo, que tengo, que
                tengo aquí?
                TRANSISTION: CAMINA, CAMINA, CAMINA, CAMINA (Have
         kids walk to the car race area and CHANGE locations!)

                       GAME

             Game /Activity:#1 car race
           Show them the two race “carros”
            Ask:  ?Cual carro es mas rapido?
           Have each child vote and raise their hand
           Make a car track and have have the class on one side of the road   VOCABULARY
             and have the class on the other side
           Move cars back and forth and have them count in Spanish 1-10
             and then race the cars!


           Repeat at least one more time .  ?Quien gano?
         TRANSISTION:  CAMINA, CAMINA , CAMINA . . . move to another area
         for our movement time!
         Game #2 (optional with time)
         Play:  Hot/Cold game chantting  . . . Gato, perro, tortuga, (Hide the
         prop and have a child find it . . . See full rules in manual)
