                  TRANSISTION: AGARRA UNA SILLA (repeat) Have kids
         grab a chair and form a semi-circle for story-time

           Tell story #3 p. 13 “El chocolate y el lobo”.  Have kids act out and show
             them how to act as you go.  If the kids are having a hard time acting, use
             puppets to demonstrate the story
           Tell kids what “Hay” means as you use it                    VOCABULARY
         Hay un nino.  Hola nino!       —> hay un nino o hay una nina? Hay una tortuga?




         Hay un lobo.   Hola lobo!      —> hay un perro o hay un lobo?

         El nino tiene chocolate en la casa.   —> el nino tiene fruta? Tiene chocolate?

         El lobo no tiene chocolate.   —> el lobo tiene o NO tiene chocolate?
         El lobo corre a la casa.          —>   el lobo corre?  El lobo camina o corre?
         El lobo agarra el chocolate   —>  el lobo agarra fruta o agarra chocolate?
         El lobo come el chocolate. Jajaja!   —> El lobo come pizza? O come chocolate?


         El nino llora. El nino no tiene chocolate.—> El nino tiene o no tiene chocolate?

                       GAME Hot/Cold
                  •   Rules: One student is chosen to go outside the classroom
             (Don’t the let student go too far. You may also blindfold instead)
         •   While the student is out, pick another student or small group to hide a
             prop  or picture somewhere in the room.  You may allow the whole class
             to help hide the item.
                                                                        TIPS
         •   Once the prop is hidden the whole class yells “listo” to get the student to
             come back in the classroom to search for the prop.
         •   When the player comes back in, the other students have to repeat/chant
             the word loudly. As the player get close to the object, students repeat the
             word loudly/quickly if the player walks farther from the object, class-
             mates chant the word quietly/slowly until finally the item is found.

                  Sit in a circle and sing, “adios clase ” song
           Have each kid say, “nos vemos” to you as you say goodbye. Give
                 kids a high five!

                 Adiós Emma, adiós Riley, adiós Jackson . .  . Nos vemos
                 muy, muy pronto. Adiós  Jenna, adiós Nora, adiós Profe   VOCABULARY
                 Dunn, nos vemos muy, muy pronto . . .
