                Take Attendance immediately . If permitted, eat snack and check kids
         homework; award a sticker
         Sit in a circle on the ground or in chairs together.
             Cocodrilo opening activity:
             1.   Do a scary shark attack rhythm : dun, dun . . . dun,
                dun, dun . . .                                          VOCABULARY
             2.   Have your crocodile in your bag, and pull him out,
                very excited and with mystery
             3.   Ask students, ?El cocodrilo baila, camina, salta?
             4.   Using however they responded, say, “el cocodrillo camina, camina, cami-
                na a . . . Molly!”
             5.   Whoever the crocodile lands on ask, Como te llamas? Como estas?  Bien,
                mal, mas o menos? (give choices)
             6.   Repeat, having the crocodile move to different children by dancing,
                walking, jumping, running

                       REVIEW GAME
                   Play Matamoscas!

         1.   using a adhesive puddy, attach your picture cards to the walls or black-
             board in the classroom.

         2.   Divide the class into two teams and line them up in a row. For fun the
             teams can come up with  a name in Spanish.

         3.   One person per team plays against each other and then goes to the back
             of the line when they are done.
         4.   Call the vocabulary word and the first person to slap the card with the
             flyswatter gets a point for them team
         TIP:  if there is a child that doesn’t want to participate in such a competitive
         game, they can be the score keeper. It’s up to the teacher if they choose to
         keep score. You know your class and if they can handle that.

                ACTIVITY: REVIEW VOCAB WITH ACTIONS AND PLAY FREEZE TAG
           Move to a new location Have students stand up!

           Review  word with a movement/motion. Use sound affect too!
           Show the picture cards to teach/reinforce the learning  (ask the easy questions on
             the back of the cards) to provide repetition.              VOCABULARY
