2 Think about a recent event you attended, perhaps a sports event or a theatre production. What do
you think was good and not so good? Use a full page.

3 Look at this list of occupations and then rate them 1-5 for pay and respect. 5 if you think they de-
serve lots of money for their jobs or 1 if you think they should have only a little. Explain your reasons.

4 How much do you know about British plants and animals? Name five flowers, five birds and five

         5 Design an anti-smoking poster.

6 Divide the page in half and title one half ‘YES’ and write down good reasons to have a school uni-

7 Design a welcome leaflet for a pupil joining Year 8. Have tips and advice. Use a full page.

8 Reflect on a past assembly and write about your thoughts. What was the point of the assembly?
Why do you remember it? What was good about it? 1/2 page.

9 Choose a person from history and use a full page to design a poster to teach Year 5 pupils about the

                tive.
10 Use a half page to list the qualities that make a ‘good’ school monitor. Do you think monitors are
                important? Give reasons!
11 Use a full page to write about YOU! Write about your qualities and what you are proud of achieving.
You can also write about what you’d like to change or improve as nobody is perfect!

12 Use a full page to design a new building for our school – any subject / sport you like!

13 Draw a series of diagrams to explain a scientific experiment. It can be as complicated as you like.
Explain the purpose and aims of the experiment. This should help with revision.

14 HEROES! What do you think makes a hero? Name some people who you think are heroic and say
what qualities they have that you admire. Use a full page.

                things…

16 If you were given 24 hours to do whatever you liked, money no object, what things would you do
                and why? Use 1/2 page.

17 Use a full page to promote the benefits of revision and help people to revise effectively.
