             drives with School/made donations to food banks

         Cass Technical High School Ambassador, Wayne County Dual Enrollment Student

         College Attending-Michigan State University

           HOW WILL THE SCHOLARSHIP FROM SKF HELP YOU? The Scholarship from the Southfield Kappa Foun-
             dation will assist with my goal as a young adult with alleviating the cost of college from my parents to
             become more fiscally independent.

           ARE YOU WILLING TO COMEBACK TO YOUR COMMUNITY AND VOLUNTEER TO MOTIVATE OTHER
             YOUNG BLACK STUDENTS?  After college and receipt of my degree, I will remain focused and visible in
             my community while remaining well rounded, self-motivated and a change agent. I will take what I
             have learned and apply it to everyday life which will make me stronger. After college, I will be encour-
             aged more than ever to make changes in young black students lives.
