                          Information Bulletin



                          This  bulletin  presents  a  comprehensive  summary  of  the  Philippine  Air  Force  (PAF)
                          Safety  Report  for  the  second  quarter  of  Calendar  Year  2025.  It  highlights  key
                          developments  in  the  implementation  of  the  PAF  Safety  Management  System  (SMS),
                          provides  detailed  assessments  of  mishap  trends  across  ground,  weapons,  and  flight
                          operations, and outlines current and future initiatives aimed at reinforcing a proactive
                          and resilient safety culture within the PAF.
