             In line with continuous improvement,
             the AFSO launched the PAF SMS
             Inspection, Survey, and Audit (ISA) for
             all units, running from 09 July to 10
             December 2025.
             Additionally, policy reviews are
             underway, including:




                                                     POLICY UPDATES

                    Revision of PAFM 17-8 (Aircraft Accident Investigation Manual)

                    Creation/Revision of Safety Instructions on:

                           Selection, Training, and Stan-Eval of PAFMV Drivers.
                           Firearm Accident Prevention Program.
                           Firing Range Utilization and Maintenance.
                           Adopting 5S Methodology for Workplace Safety.

                    Drafting of Policy on Incentivized Hazard Reporting.

                    Drafting of Policy on Flight and Ground Safety Award, which will adopt a laddered
                    recognition system based on unit accomplishments in the PAF SMS.
