Arnold Klootwijk was able to support
one of his FSE colleagues in the field.
The FSE was on site to replace
multipliers on an OT Velos Pro.
Unfortunately, after the repair, the FSE
was unable to calibrate the instrument.
Arnold recommended utilizing Rescue
Standard and was able to see that the
helium valve was off. Once on, the FSE
was able to calibrate the instrument and
get the customer up and running!
