Phil Dobbin was able to mentor a

            customer remotely when an instrument


           failed. What started as an onsite visit for

             the breakdown of the TSQ MS evolved

           into an opportunity for remote mentoring


             once the instrument was repaired. Phil

               was able to complete the mentoring

             remotely saving time and money while

               also teaching the customer to better


              understand Thermo Fisher products!
