Ricardo Flefil was able to support a
customer remotely when the were unable
to calibrate their LCMS Tribrid. By
utilizing the Rescue Standard, Ricardo
was able to remotely see that the
calibration file was corrupted. After
replacing the master calibration file,
Ricardo was able to walk the customer
through the calibration procedure and get
the customer up and running again!
