Tim Farenholz was able to identify and
solve his customers' issues when using
Compound Discoverer. The customer
was getting ammonium adducts in his
results when it was not selected in the
default standard settings. Tim was able to
identify the issue, explain how to solve
the problem and allow the customer to
move forward with his Compound
Discoverer evaluation.
