Stephane De Magalhaes was able to
mentor a customer based in Morocco
regarding a sensitivity issue on their
iCAP-RQ. Throughout the session
Stephane was able to troubleshoot and
identify the issue, which was a bad
nebulizer. The customer was then able to
replace the nebulizer and fix the issue.
Stephane was able to complete the
session remotely which saved both the
company and customer time and money!
