Stuart Cameron was able to recently
help his customer with their LTQ
Orbitrap. The forepump cooling fan was
failing and access to the site was not
possible due to COVID-19. Stuart was
able to utilize LogMeIn Rescue Lens in
order to assist the customer with the
repair and get the instrument back up
and running quickly!
