Alex Franklin was able to recently help
his customer with their freezer using
LogMeIn Rescue Lens. The customer
was having issues connecting the freezer
to their WIFI network and also had an
alarm icon on the main screen.
With the use of Rescue Lens, Alex was
able to walk the customer through
detailed instructions to correct both
problems and prevent an onsite visit with
a Service Engineer.
