Christian Ngono recently used LogMeIn
Rescue Lens to support a customer with
their autosampler. The customer was
struggling to find the autosampler
parameters. Christian was able to
remotely log in and quickly show the
customers where the parameters could
be found. Without our remote tools, this
simple task would have taken
significantly more time and potentially
frustrated the customer.
