Jeff O’Shea was recently able to help his customer at

          the University of Kansas utilizing RescueLens.  The

             customer had recently purchased an upgrade to

               Chromeleon 7 and had encountered an issue.

            Jeff was able to remotely access their system and

        make the necessary changes to help them get up and

                                        running again.




          Actions like this drive the customer relationship and

                                      customer loyalty!
