Wayne Anders was recently able to help his

         customer utilizing RescueLens.  The customer called

         Tech Support, requesting an FSE to come on site and

           put a door handle on their freezer.  Wayne asked if

           the customer would be willing to use an AR session

         through her phone to see if he could show her how to

          fix the door handle immediately.  She readily agreed

         and Wayne discovered that the screw had backed out

           of the door handle on one end.  Wayne was able to

         direct her on how to access the screw on the inside of

         the freezer door and get the handle tightened back up

                    without having to wait and send an FSE.


           Actions like this drive the customer relationship and

                                      customer loyalty!
