Robert Thomas recently used the DRS tools to help

          a customer with their LC.  The customer had recently

             purchased a new UPS and had been behind the

               instrument installing it and possibly unplugged

          something accidentally.  Using Rescue Lens, Robert

                was able to quickly identify the cable that was

             disconnected and was able to walk the customer

         through how to reconnect it.  Unfortunately, there was

               still a problem.  Robert then used LogMeIn to

         remotely access the customers instrument, purge the

               system and ensured that the LC was ready for

                                            operation.




           The customer was thrilled to have such a quick and

                                     efficient resolution!
