Don Carson was able to recently help
his customer experiencing condensation
on their incubator door using LogMeIn
Rescue Lens. Using the AR session,
Don discovered that the temperature
probe was inserted into the sample port
tubing and hanging down into the
chamber. This would prevent appropriate
air exchange and have contributed to the
condensation on the doors.
