Hemant Patel was able to utilize
LogMeIn Rescue Lens to help a
customer with their chromatography
system. Hemant was able to find a leak
at the injection port and was able to help
the customer resolve the leak. This
ensured that an FSE would not have to
go on site to resolve the problem and
helped to get the customer up and
running faster!
