Mark Arrowsmith was able to help a
customer who was having problems with
inconsistent data across multiple
instruments. Utilizing LogMeIn Rescue
Lens, Mark was able to gather diagnostic
and instrument data to share with the
factory, that would have normally
required an onsite visit.
