Banana Nut Bread







             Your family will love waking up to the smell of freshly baked banana bread. Top it off with your
             choice of nut butter or enjoy plain.
             Ingredients:
             - ⅓ cup melted coconut oil or extra-virgin olive oil
             - ½ cup honey or maple syrup
             - 2 tsp vanilla extract
             - 2 eggs
             - 3 mashed ripe bananas
             - ¼ cup milk of choice or water
             - 1 tsp baking soda
             - ½ tsp salt

             - ½ tsp ground cinnamon, plus more to swirl on top
             - 2 cups wheat flour


               Directions:
             1) Set the oven to 350 degrees.

             2) Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
             3) Lightly grease a bread pan, pour batter into bread pan.
             4) Bake for 45 - 55 minutes or until bread is baked all the way through.
              Sweet Potato Hash Browns
             -Optional: ½ cup mix-ins like chopped walnuts or pecans, or chocolate chips.







             Pump up the nutrition of your typical hash browns by using sweet potatoes instead of russett
             potatoes.
                                                   Directions:
              Ingredients:
              - 3 peeled and grated sweet           1. Peel and grate sweet potatoes and onion
