Overnight Oats








             Are you typically in a hurry in a morning? These overnight oats are great to
             prepare days in advance for a quick grab and go breakfast.


              Ingredients:

              - 1/2 cup of oats
              - 1/2 cup light vanilla greek yogurt
              - 1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

              - 1-2 cups of fresh fruit
              - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (or any other nut
              you prefer)




              Directions:
                1. Combine oats, yogurt and milk in a container
                  that has a lid.
                2. Allow the mixture to sit for 8 - 36 hours in the
                  fridge. (Hence the name overnight oats).
                3. Remove mixture from fridge when ready to eat
                  and place in a bowl to eat (or if you made one
                  serving you can save time with washing dishes
                  and use the same container!).
                4. Wash fruit and add to oat mixture.
                5. Add nuts for additional protein and enjoy.
