What will be your strategy for when you fail?
This is a cookbook...how is failure relevant? Glad you asked.... You will fail at one of these
recipes. One of these recipes you will work your butt off on and it will come out
wrong or burnt or just gross. Will you take that failure and place it into your identity of "I
am just not a cook!" OR will you chalk it up to a lesson learned? That's why failure is so
             important to address.

Are you looking at this as an experiment or a step by step guide?
Flexibility is important. Adaptability is key. Resourcefulness is necessary. If you are a step-
by-step kind of person then this book will work well for you. But if you want to unlock
your awesome skills and release inner creativity, look at these recipes as
experiments. By doing so, if something isn't in the pantry it doesn't destroy the entire
guide. Instead, you get to be resourceful. What little lessons will you learn along the way?
Maybe it might be some new favorite substitutions, like avocado oil for butter, quick hacks
to speed up the process (hint microwaves are a Godsend), or tricks that make the recipes
come out better - like when using almond flour, you may need to double the eggs. We can't
wait to see what you learn.

Okay, now we got that out of the way, let's get to eating!
