Everybody love Pancakes








               Pancakes are AWESOME! This is a childhood morning dish with a healthy spin.


               Ingredients:                   Directions:
               - 1.5 cups of blanched         1. Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl.

               Pumpkin Pancakes               Optional Toppings: Blueberries, flax seed, chia seeds, nuts
               - 1 Tbs vanilla extract







               Ingredients:                    Directions:
                                                1. In a large bowl, stir wet ingredients until well combined.
               - 1 cup pumpkin puree
                                                2. In a separate small bowl, stir all dry ingredients.
               - ¾ cup milk of choice           3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; stir just until well
                                                   combined. Batter should be thin.
               - 1 egg                          4. Ladle out batter onto a hot griddle prayed with non-stick
                                                   spray or lightly greased with butter.
               - 1 Tbs oil
                                                5. Cook on each side until done.
               - 1 cup flour                    6. Top with maple syrup and pumpkin seeds.


               - 1 Tbs cinnamon

               - 1 ½ Tbs brown sugar


               - ½ tsp baking powder

               - 1/2 tsp nutmeg

               - ¼ tsp ginger


               - ¼ tsp cloves

               - dash of salt
