Tilapia Fish Tacos
Who doesn't love tacos? These tacos are bursting with flavor and provide a great
source of lean protein.
Ingredients: Instructions:
- 3 tilapia fillets (fresh or thawed) 1. Saute fish in oil, until turning white.
- 4 Tbs olive oil 2. Add vegetables and spices.
- 3 cloves garlic, minced 3. Continue to sautee until pepper is soft.
- 1 onion, sliced 4. Serve with salsa and tortillas.

Not Fried Fish
This Fish is an easy option your entire family will enjoy. This can also be served over
a side of rice or salad.
Ingredients: Instructions:
1. Take fish and pat dry.
- Fillet of Fish of Choice
2. Coat fish with olive oil.
- 3 tsp of Olive Oil
3. Add spices of choice to crumbled crackers.

5. Bake at 400 F from 9-15 mins or fish is white and
flakey.
